Part I: Employment Particulars. Requires employers to provide a statement of employment particulars and an itemised pay statement. Part II: Protection of Wages. Regards deductions and payments during cash shortages in retail employment. Contains provisions relating to time off for job searching, training, ante-natal care, and for labour tribunal activities. Part VII: Suspension from Work.
