Ministerial Decree No. 319/2009 Creating the Organizational Charter of the SANAD (Self-Employment and National Autonomous Development) Services Centres.

The Charter defines the SANAD services centres, and sets its duties and functions that include providing different forms on work related issues, civil status and various work permits.
