Applies to agricultural cooperatives and other associative agricultural organisations. An agricultural cooperative is defined as "a free association of citizens carrying on together agricultural and agro-food activities and the economic and other activities connected therewith". Provisions are made for the establishment of cooperatives, their articles of association, their assets and their economics; the merger, integration and division of cooperatives, their dissolution or liquidation, their management bodies, their membership and "members concomitantly parties to an employment relationship", associations of cooperatives or with private individuals, co-operative undertakings, relations with the State, real estate associations, transfer of the property of state enterprises to cooperatives, etc. Repeals the Act of 15 June 1988 on the same subject.
