Section 2 of the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act is amended by deleting the definitions of "child" and "young person" and substituting the following: "'child' means a person who has not attained the age of 16 years.; 'young person' means a person who has attained the age of 16 years but who has not attained the age of 18 years."
