Amends section 3 (2) p. 3 and p. 7, section 81, section 109 (1), section 120 p. 12, section 148 (2) (as amended by Act 1168/2007), section 224 (2) and section 228. Contains amendments respecting, inter alia, pension laws, pension records, issue and control of pension records, payment of pensions, procedure for disbursement of pension, prescription of pension insurance premiums, calculation of the period of time and storage of documents.
Introduces to the Act a new heading before section 81 (issuance and control of pension records), a new section 81a (issuance of pension records) and a new section 81b (Control of pension records).
