Añade un nuevo apartado 1.4 al artículo 15 de la citada Orden relativo al convenio especial de los emigrantes e hijos de emigrantes, a fin de contemplar en él al colectivo previsto en la disposición adicional segurnda de la ley núm. 27/2011 de 1 de agosto. Asimismo, modifica el apartado 2 del citado artículo 15 a fin de adaptar los trámites y documentación necesarios para solicitar la suscripción de este convenio especial a los distintos supuestos en él contemplados.
