Provides that the Prime Minister has the right to refuse or cease to pay retirement benefits under the Parliamentary Retirement Allowances Decree 1989, the Prime Minister's Pensions Act 1994, the Judges' Remuneration and Emoluments Act (Cap. 16), the Pensions Act 1983 or any other related law on pensions, if they deem that that person has committed certain offences. The decision of the Prime Minister can not be challenged in a court or tribunal.
