Decree issued under ss. 117 and 118 of the Labour Code, regarding the distribution of work clothes and the protection of workers against accidents and pollution. Contains provisions on the type and characteristics of such clothing and equipment, the respective duties of the administration, trade unions and employees, the circumstances under which it is necessary to distribute work clothes and the requirements for using protective devices. It sets forth a range of occupational safety and health standards which are to be adopted where applicable in various sectors of activity in accordance with their special features.
