Regulations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security on the conditions of work of women employed as members of a night shift.
Resmi Gazete, 2004-08-09, No. 25548, pp. 38-39
Provides that the minimum age for women to work night shifts shall be 18 and that they should not work more than 7,5 hours. Also provides that night shift work shall be forbidden for pregnant women and for six months after they give birth.
