The employee is entitled to 6 days urgent leave with full pay throughout the year according to the following conditions:
1. the absence from work is due to an emergency (force majeure);
2. the leave does not exceed two days each time;
3. the employee provides the employer with proof of the emergency;
4. The employee must inform the employer of the emergency as soon as it occurs.

Section(1):Lists positions which involve working night shifts (between 9pm and 6am).
Section(2):Lists positions where women may work until 10pm.
Section(3):Ensures welfare conditions and adequate transport and protection for women during the night work.
Section(4):This Ministerial Order repeals the Ministerial Order No. 128 of 2005 and any other provisions in contradiction with this Order.
