Amends article 9 by adding a new sub-article (6), (7), (8) and (9) concerning registration and suspension of co-operatives. Article 16(1)-(3) is deleted and replaced with new articles concerning the payment of shares. Article 33(1) and (2) are deleted and replaced concerning distribution of profits. Article 34(2) is repealed. New sub-articles 40(3) and (4) are inserted and the following sub-articles are renumbered accordingly. Article 46 is deleted and replaced by a new article concerning settling disputes through conciliation. Article 58(2) is deleted and replaced by a new sub-article and a new article 59 is added concerning obligation to cooperate.
