Section 7 of Act No. 74 of 2006 is replaced as follows:
Disabled persons are entitled to BD 100 monthly social allowance (as from January 1st 2011), according to the conditions and requirements established by a ministerial Order after the approval of the High Committee.
This allowance will not affect any other rights or benefits granted to disabled persons.

Ministerial Order No. 26 of 2008 with respect to licensing conditions and procedures to allocate and operate rehabilitation organisations and centres, care shelters and homes together with special workshops for disabled persons.

All organisations, centres etc. must apply for a licence in order to operate. The Order provides the modalities for obtaining a licence.
