Regulation concerning introduction of minimum number of jobs for persons who are in need of social protection, face difficulties in the job market and are unable to compete on equal terms in the labour market (No. 504).

Provides that enterprises, establishments and organizations shall establish a minimum number of jobs reserved for persons who are in need of social protection, face difficulties in finding a job or are unable to compete on equal terms in the labour market. Applies to the following persons: single parents and parents with many children under 14 years of age and with disabled children; youth graduated from educational institutions, during first year after graduation; persons dismissed from armed forces and other security forces; disabled persons and persons of pre-retirement age; and persons released from penal institutions and persons who were subject to compulsory medical treatment. Regulates procedure for creation of such jobs.
