Sets the compulsory age for schooling in Kosovo for children from the ages of six to fifteen years. Dispensations may be granted only if the child is receiving efficient and regular instruction in a range of subjects appropriate to the child's needs in a place other than an approved school; or if the child is prevented from attending school for medical reasons. Fines are imposed on parents and guardians who fail to enroll their child in school without being granted a dispensation.
