References made to the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 403 and dated 11/2/1964 in the other legislation shall be understood to be made to this Law.

It amends Articles 69 paragraph 1 (concerning the obligation of certification and declaration), 273 (concerning the authorization to be obtained by the state for the establishment), 386 (concerning publication and notification), 510 paragraph 1 (concerning the registration) of the Turkish Commercial Act No. 6762 dated 29.06.1956.
It also repeals paragraph 1 of Article 509, paragraph 3 of Article 510 and Article 514 of the Turkish Commercial Act No. 6762 dated 29.06.1956.
It adds a sentence to Article 3, after paragraph 2 (concerning the declaration of establishments and in particular the formalities to be undertaken towards the Ministry of Labour and Social Security) of Labour Act No. 4857 of 22 May 2003.
It adds a provision following Article 8, paragraph 1 (concerning the notification of workplaces and in particular the declaration of insured persons and the penalty to be applied in case of non-respect of this obligation in line with Article 140(a) of this Act) of Social Insurance Act No. 506 dated 17.07.1964.

This Act amends various provisions of Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006:

- adds a new para to Article 41 para 1 (a) (students sent abroad); adds a provisional article 42 (right to apply to the administration within 60 days);

It amends various provisions of Act No. 5434 (of 8 June 1949) on the Retirement Fund of the Turkish Republic:
- adds a new para to article 56 para 1 (rights of victims of terrorist acts of certain categories of persons, etc.);
- amends para 4 of article 72 (Compensation to public Officials);
- adds a sentence to para 1 of article 77 (army officers under contract);
- adds a provisional article 224 (rights of disabled persons).

It adds a para to Article 3 of Act No. 5271 dated 04/12/2004 on the reasoning to adopt in a penal judgement (competence of the military courts). Amends para 1 (a) of Article 250 of Act No. 5271 (trade of drugs) and replaces some words of the last sentence. Adds a sentence to para 3 of Article 253 (crime and mediation). Articles 3 and 250 applicable to pending investigations.
