The decree stipulates for raising the compensations, allowances and bonuses granted to all military personnel in general by 8 % of the monthly salary .

The decree also provides for a three-fold increase in the salaries of pilot officers to fit the difficult and dangerous tasks facing them and in a way that accords with the salaries granted in this sector.

Legislative Decree No. 38 for 2013 increasing the Monthly Salaries and Wages for Civil and Military Servants. -

This Decree increases the monthly salaries and wages for Civil and Military Servants, as follows:

40% of the first 10.000 SYP of the monthly salary and wage.
20% for the second SYP 10.000 of the salary.
10% for the third SYP 10.000 of the salary.
5% for the amount which increases the third SYP 10.000 of the salary.

The Decree increased the minimum wage of the private, cooperative and joint sector which is not included in the rules of the State's Employees Basic Law No. 50 for 2004 to 13670SYP per month.

A nursing mother shall be entitled to a one hour nursing period per day until her baby reaches the age of one year.
