This Decision amends Decision No. 115 of 1985 and subsequent Decisions, mainly Decision No. 2013 of 1997 of the Ministry of Economy and External Commerce which granted bonuses on the basis of production to the workers of the Public Institution for the External Trade of Chemical and Alimentary Goods.
