    Sets out the proceeding to be followed by state authorities to determine the status of refugees and to define the rights and duties of aliens who have applied for or who have been granted the status of refugee in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal republic.

    Ordinance of the Government of the Czech Republic to make provisions for workers parties to a special employment relationship constituting an exception under the Labour Code. No. 213.

    The exceptions covered by this Ordinance are provided for in s.267 of the Labour Code (LS, 1975-Cz.2), as amended at 14 December 1988. The Ordinance specifies the procedure for applying to expatriate workers and home-workers the provisions of the Code respecting compensation for hindrance from work (ss.124 to 130), overtime (ss.96 to 98) and overtime pay (s.116).
