    En especial, prescribe que cesa la incapacidad de los menores por la mayor edad el día que cumplieren los dieciocho años y que el menor que ha obtenido título habilitante para el ejercicio de una profesión puede ejercerla por cuenta propia sin necesidad de previa
    autorización, y administrar y disponer libremente de los bienes que adquiere con el producto de su trabajo y estar en juicio civil o penal por acciones vinculadas a ello.
