Chapters 4 and 5 regulate estimation of sea service and training schemes. Chapter 6 governs conduct of examinations. Chapter 7 deals with dangerous cargo endorsements and Chapter 8 provides for withdrawal and short title. Made under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1951.
