La citada resolución aprueba el "Procedimiento Administrativo para la Denuncia de Accidentes de Trabajo y de Enfermedades Profesionales". Establece los datos mínimos que deben contener los formularios o los instrumentos que las Aseguradoras de Riesgos del Trabajo (A.R.T.) y Empleadores Autoasegurados (E.A.) implementen en su reemplazo, a utilizar en el procedimiento estipulado. Deroga los artículos 2, 3, 4 y 7 y los Anexos I, II y III de la Resolución S.R.T. núm. 840, de 22 de abril de 2005; y la Resolución S.R.T. núm. 1389, de 16 de septiembre de 2010.

Resolución de la Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo núm. 3327/2014, de 9 de diciembre, que establece nuevos procedimientos para la denuncia y solicitud de baja de enfermedades profesionales -

La citada resolución deroga la Resolución núm. 1601, de fecha 12 de octubre de 2007,y la Instrucción núm. 2, de fecha 2 de marzo de 2010, ambas de la Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo, y aprueba nuevos procedimientos para la Denuncia de Enfermedades Profesionales y la Solicitud de Baja de Enfermedades Profesionales denunciadas al "Registro de Enfermedades Profesionales". Asimismo, confiere a la Gerencia de Planificación, Información Estratégica y Calidad de Gestión de la Superintendencia la responsabilidad de administrar el "Registro de Enfermedades Profesionales".
