An additional Section No. 7 is added to the occupational classification list of the aforementioned law and shall be named as " Health Professionals Organization".

Regulates the procedure of application for holding an event, also the issues of place and time appropriate for holding mass events, the procedure and grounds of prohibition to hold mass event, the naming of such decision; the rights and duties of local executive body of the government.

    Repeals the previous law of 22 May 1998 "On Assemblies, Meetings, Demonstrations and Street Rallies" (Abkhori Madjlisi Oli Respubliki Tajikistan, 1998, No. 10, o.109).
