Conditions of Employment (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1992 (S.I. 81 of 1992) Adopción: 1992-07-03 | SYC-1992-R-30033 These Regulations made pursuant to the Employment Act, 1990 entitle female workers to 10 weeks paid maternity leave of which not less than 8 weeks should be taken after the date of confinement, and 4 weeks unpaid maternity leave to be taken either before or after paid maternity leave.
