Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons Act (Act 9 of 2014). -

Provides for the prohibition, prevention and combating of trafficking in persons including with respect to the provision of assistance to victims, the development of an authority to deal with trafficking and the establishment of a special trafficking fund.
