Notification No. 172 of the Ministry of foreign affairs on the ratification of ILO Termination of Employment Convention, 1982 (No. 158). The President of the Slovak Republic ratified, upon recommendation of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, the ILO Convention 158 on 3rd of February 2010. The Ratification decree was deposited with the General Director of the ILO on 22nd of February 2010. According to its Section 16(3), the Convention entered into force for the Slovak Republic on 22nd of February 2011.
