Repeals Law on Arbitration of 1953 (No. 18).

    Regulations No. 29 of 1995 to amend the Regulations of the Chambers of Industry

    Amends Regulations No. 59 of 1961. Elections to the Boards of Directors of Chambers of Industry are to be held at least 15 days before the expiry of the term of the Board in office. However, the "Ministry" may postpone elections for up to 90 days, by order made before the expiry of the said term, in which case the term of the existing board is extended accordingly. Newly-established chambers must hold their board elections between 15 and 30 days after their establishment. Other amendments relate to the assessment and payment of membership dues.
