    Comprehensive legislation on immigration into Bahamas. Part II regulates appointment and powers of immigration officers. Part III provides for establishment and functions of Board of Immigration. Part IV sets forth conditions under which persons shall be deemed to belong to Bahamas. Part V regulates entry into Bahamas. Sets forth conditions of entry, establishes which persons shall be entitled to land without permit, lists categories of persons considered prohibited immigrants. Part VI contains supplementary provisions relating to immigration control. Part VII provides for deportation and removal of prohibited immigrants.
