Part 4 (s. 18-23) makes provision for financial services and incentives. Part 5 (s. 24-27) deals with Micro and Small Enterprise Development Fund. Part 6 (s. 28-31) contains financial and other provisions; Part 7 (s. 32-36) miscellaneous provisions.
