Ionizing Radiation (Fees) Regulations (No. 86 of 1992). - Adoption: 1992 | ZMB-1992-R-66453 Divided into 9 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-3) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (s. 4-12) sets forth limits to exposure to radiation. Part 3 (s. 13-15) provides for structural requirements and inspections of buildings. Part 4 (s. 16-18) deals with licensing; Part 5 (s. 19-24) with transport and storage of radioactive materials. Part 6 (s. 25-26) regulates activities of radiation safety officers. Part 7 (s. 27-28) deals with radioactive releases to the environment; Part 8 (s. 29) with exposure from consumer products. Part (s. 30-34) regulates cessation and suspension of operation, and decommissioning and abandonment of installation.

No. 158 of 1993. - Adoption: 1978 | ZMB-1978-R-65346 Provides for pre-employment and periodical free of charge medical examinations. Prohibits employment of pregnant and nursing women in work processes involving exposure to benzene or products containing benzene. The same prohibition applies to persons under 18, except where they are undergoing education or training and are under adequate and medical supervision.
