    Amends the Collective Agreement published under Government Notice No. R. 52 of 27 January 2006 between the Electrical Contractors' Association and the South African Equity Workers' Association with respect to scope of application, exclusions, penalties, trade union subscriptions and employers' organization levies and arbitration.

No electrical installation work to be carried out except by duly qualified and registered persons. Provision for inspection. Penalties for offences.
