Prime Minister Order No. 885 of 2002 amending provisions 1, 3 and 4 of Prime Minister Order No. 639 of 1999 which amends Prime Minister Order No. 67 of 1995 creating and establishing the National Vocational Training and Technical Council.

Provides that Prime Minister Order No. 885 of 2002 creates the National Vocational Training and Technical Council based in Sanaa, chaired by the Minister of Vocational Training and composed of 15 members.
