Prime Minister Order No. 111, 2004 for the Formation of the Technical Committee of the Ministry of Human Rights, Identifying its Tasks and Competency.

First, the Order defines the structure of the Committee.
Second, the Order specifies the role of the technical committee in assisting the Minister of Human Rights in the following areas: commenting on human rights conventions and treaties; studying the different reports on human rights and commenting on it; and enhancing the relationship between the Ministry and other parties in order to protect human rights.
