    Regulation of 13 April 1997 concerning labour in mines under the seas, lakes and rivers.

    Adoption: 1997-04-13 | TUR-1997-R-46876

    Aims to eliminate risks of flood in the course of exploitation. Prohibits labour in the lack of surveillance by a mining engineer. Foresees the installation of telephones and an obligatory mechanism of alarm. In the case of collapse, work must be halted under the surveillance of competent personnel.
