    Regulates recruitment of workers. Provides for licensing of persons who recruit workers. Sets forth prohibition to recruit persons under the age of 18. Recruitment of persons under that age but of or above the age of fourteen may be permitted with the consent of their parents or guardians for light work. Also provides for expenses of workers, return of workers to their homes and some related matters.
