    Deals with various aspects of trade unions. Divided into 13 parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 regulates registration of trade unions. Provides for name of trade union, authority to make application, form of application and certificate of registration. Part 3 deals with alteration and rescission of rules, Part 4 with withdrawal or cancelling of certificate of registration, and Part 5 with registered office. Part 6 provides for change of name, Part 7 for transfer of stock, Part 8 for dissolution, Part 9 for amalgamation, and Part 10 for nominations. Parts 11 and 12 deal with fees, and Part 13 with authentication of documents by registrar.
