Statistics Act B.E. 2550 (2007). -

Repeals the Statistic Act B.E. 2508. Makes provisions for the authority responsible for statistics (the National Statistical Office) as well as the collection of data through work units and penalties for not filling out data or providing false information.

Royal Decree on Survey of Working Conditions of the Population Nationwide (B.E. 2543).

Instructs National Office of Statistics and Office of the Prime Minister to conduct a survey of the working conditions of the population nationwide. All heads of households, as legally registered in the civil registration, and persons engaged in the business of operating factories, or owners of offices, are responsible for filling out the forms or questionnaire document.
