Unemployment Relief Scheme Act, 1995 (No. 3 of 1995) -

Establishes the Unemployment Relief Scheme and the Unemployment Relief Fund; provides for the criteria for participation in that Scheme and for payments into and out of the Fund; and repeals the Unemployment Fund Act, 1980. Includes consequential amendments to the Social Security Act (Cap. 225).

Pursuant to the authority of the Unemployment Fund Act of 1980, the Unemployment Fund Regulations 1980, as amended by Unemployment Fund (Amendment) Regulations 1991, are modified by replacing regulations 2 (minimum hours of work) and 3 (rate of payment).
