    Provides that a fixed-term contract in respect of a worker or class of workers specified in the Schedule is exempt from the application of section 16(2), (3) and (5) of the Employment Act.

    Provides that where a contract of employment is required under the Act to be attested by a competent officer, there shall, in relation to that contract be paid by the employer of the worker an attestation fee, and in respect of an appeal or an application for review there shall also be paid a fee. Made under the Employment Act 1990.
