Introduces the following articles:
Article 1 concerning the related EC Decrees on production, certification, control and import of organic products.
Article 2 concerning which authorities are granted competencies to carry out the duties of a member state as stipulated in the related EC ordinances in relation to certain products.
Article 3-5 concerning the authorities responsible for the national control of documents, production, handling, marketing and certification of organic products.
Repeals ordinance (1995:702) on the European Community's ordinance on organic products.

Ordinance No. 1177 to amend Ordinance (No. 941 of 1990), respecting income adjustment and calculation of work subsidies.

Amends several Sections (scope of application, administration, etc.) and inserts a new Section 6a (obligation to repay subsidy).
