Inserts a new Section 9 and amends Section 11 and 12 (imposing a levy on Boards of the Employment Fund payable to the Employment Market Board), amends Section 2a (reporting requirements by Boards of Unemployment to the Employment Market Board), Section 5 (deduction from daily payable allowance of pension recieved), Section 22b (transitional changes) and Section 25 (exemptions from residence requirements).
