Contains 7 articles referring to chapter 9 in the Swedish Land Code ("jordabalken"). The articles stipulate the required competencies for inspectors in the agricultural sector, and the procedure for counties when appointing and registering inspectors. Repeals Ordinance (1971:704) on inspectors according to chapter 9 of the Jordabalken but inspection competencies acquired under the repealed Ordinance shall stand.
