Amends article 1, 9, 10 and 14 providing for regulations concerning the scope of the Act which is not applicable to labor market policy activities providing for health care under the Health Care Act (1982:763). These activities are instead covered by the Patient Data Act (2008:355).

Amends article 20 and 21 concerning specification of data to be included in the information to be submitted and the National Archives responsibility to issue regulations concerning the treatment of personal data.

Introduces to the ordinance new articles 20a-20f concerning arrangements for the safe treatment of personal data and a new title to article 20a (arrangements for the safe processing of personal data).

Introduces a new article 1a (processing of personal data in the Employment Service labor market activities) and a new title to article 11 (access to personal data from the Employment Service).

The articles stipulate the required competencies for inspectors in the agricultural sector, and the procedure for counties when appointing and registering inspectors. Repeals Ordinance (1971:704) on inspectors according to chapter 9 of the Jordabalken but inspection competencies acquired under the repealed Ordinance shall stand.

Its task is to ensure the observance of legislation on the working environment and hours of work, especially regarding chemical control of pesticides. Furthermore, it is to provide information and advice for ameliorating the working environment. Provisions also regulate the administration of the Fund.
