Further amends 40(6) and repeals 41, amends 42(2 and 7), 43(2) and adds 43(3 to 5), amends 47, and adds 47a and 47b. Amends 49, 50, 51, 53, 58, 59. Adds 60(12) and 61a.

Adoption: 2004-03-31 | Date of entry into force: 2004-05-01 | SVK-2004-R-67878 Applies to the education workers in primary schools, special schools, secondary schools, as well as higher educational institutions and social service institutions that provide education. Gives the proportion of teaching and non-teaching activities in their working time.
