Ordinance No. 272/2004 establishing a list of tasks and workplaces which are forbidden to pregnant women, for mothers until nine months after delivery and for breast-feeding women, a list of tasks and workplaces which contain a higher risk for pregnant women, for mothers until nine months after delivery and for breast-feeding women, as well as establishing some obligations for employers when employing these women.
