Notification No. 240/1999 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic regarding International Labour Organisation Convention No. 173/1992. Adoption: 1992-06-23 | Date of entry into force: 1999-09-24 | SVK-1992-M-56605 Slovakia ratified the Convention 173 on 9 September 1998. The instrument of ratification was registered with the Director General of the International Labour Office on 24 September 1998. According to art. 3(1), Slovakia accepts only obligations of the Part II of the Convention; according to art. 4(2), Slovakia excludes from the Convention employees of state and semi-state organisations, as well as of municipal employees.
