Notification No. 17/2010 of the Ministry of foreign affairs on the conclusion of the ILO Labour Inspection Convention, 1947 (No. 81). (Oznámenie Ministerstva zahraničných vecí Slovenskej republiky o uzavretí Dohovoru Medzinárodnej organizácie práce o inspekcii práce v priemysle a v obchode č. 81 z roku 1947) -

The President of the Slovak Republic, upon the recommendation of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, ratified the ILO Convention 81 on 24th of August 2009. The Ratification decree was deposited with the General Director of the ILO on 17th of September 2009. The Convention, according to its Section 33(3) entered into force for the Slovak Republic, on 17th of September 2010.
