    Establishes the position, duties, functions and composition of the tripartite Council of Economic and Social Partnership. The Council is, inter alia, to negotiate issues of social and economic development, the draft State budget and draft labour laws. In addition to the State representatives, there is to be an equal number of representatives of employers and workers in the Council.

    Defines the representatives of the State, of the employers and of the employees at the national level. Provides for a procedure of settlement of disputes concerning representativity. Also creates the Council on economic and social agreement of the Slovak Republic.
