    Inter alia, section 4 limits certain rights of the inmate, i.e. right to strike, freedom of assembly. Section 39(e) gives an obligation to work with certain exceptions. Section 42 regulates the the detachment of prisoners for work. Section 45 provides for remuneration for work.

    Ordinance No. 499/2002 on the amount and conditions of remuneration of the work of prisoners and persons in custody, on the amount and conditions of remuneration of public interest activities of prisoners.

    Regulates remuneration of work and public interest activities of prisoners and persons in custody. Provides, inter alia, for equality of men and women as to the remuneration of equal work.

    Act No. 451/2002 to amend Act No. 59/1965 on execution of prison penalty and Act No. 156/1993 on custody.

    Regulates inter alia the remuneration of prisoners and persons in custody. Defines the obligation for prisoners to work or to execute at least 4 hours a day activities of public interest if he/she is not prevented from working by his/her age or health. Provides for the conditions under which persons under custody can work. Makes also provision for health and pension insurance of prisoners. Amend Acts No. 99 of 1963, No. 59 of 1965 and No. 156 of 1993.

    The Criminal Code as amended to 1 September 1999. Section 204(4)(a) deals with the crime of procurement in relation to a person younger than 15 years; sections 205b to 205d concern child pornography; section 217a defines as a crime the employment of children younger than 15 years which results in preventing them from attending compulsory education.
