    Order No. 690 of the Council of Ministers of the USSR, to approve rules for the compensation payable by undertakings, institutions and organisations for damage sustained by wage and salary earners by reason of an injury or other impairment of their health incurred in connection with the performance of their duties.

    Repeals, inter alia, Order No. 921 of 9 Oct. 1961 of the Council of Ministers on the same subject; replaces s. 109 of the Regulation governing the conditions for the grant and payment of state pensions, approved by Order No. 590 of 3 Aug. 1972 of the Council of Ministers, with provisions to the effect that, in the case of family members of persons suffering group I disability as a result of the Second World War or of an employment injury or occupational disease, time spent looking after the disabled relative shall be taken into account in calculating the total period of employment.
