Health Workers Act 1989 (Act No. 13 of 1989). -

Regulates the the functions and duties of health workers as defined in section 2 of the Act. Establishes the Health Workers Board which is responsible for registration of health workers and disciplinary issues. Repeals the Health Workers Act 1982.
